The Art of Ascension: Creating a Sacred Space for a Holy Death
Learner Directed Course | 15 Contact Hours | $105.00

This program is written for professionals, especially pallative nurses and social workers, who play extraordinary roles in the dying process.

While the emotional and spiritual needs of the families undergoing this process are undoubtedly complex, the language of energy helps to bring a universal understanding to the sacred process of dying. Guided by a map of the chakras, you will learn to recognize the physical stages of a spiritual transition, establishing a deeper connection between the family and the dying individual. Through the complementary tools of massage, aromatherapy, music and visualization, you will learn to create a sacred space for the dying.

Once the course is complete, the registrant will submit a feedback sheet to warmly,eileen for continuing education credit.

Application for approval of continuing nursing education contact hours has been submitted to the American Holistic Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accrediation.

Approval for contact hours through the AHNA is based on an assessment of the educational merit of this program and does not constitute endorsement of the use of any specific modality in the care of clients.

For social workers, the program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers. Final credit is earned after passing an open-book test.
